Denny's

Good place to have breakfast, 4 mins walk from Greyhound Bus Terminal. I got steak and eggs and my mom got banana chocolate crepe breakfast. The food was okay, and the coffee is too strong for our liking. The best part of the experience was the customer service, Casey was very friendly and helpful. She even gave us suggestions/recommendations and always checking up on us. Would recommend this place to a friend.

The servers were super friendly and helpful when I arrived for take out and the food wasn't half bad either. It was my first experience at Denny's, and it wasn't a complete let down. I found the pancakes to be a bit sweet, but I have a low sugar diet as it is, so things with sugar tend to taste sweeter for me.

I'll be honest: I didnt have high expectations for a Denny's located at Bay and Dundas, but I'd just finished an exam and wanted a casual lunch with a friend. It has a great atmosphere and super friendly staff. Food came at the right speed (two cups of coffee in) and tasted great. I will definitely come back. Hopefully I can bring my wife next time.. she used to love Denny's when we lived in BC.

Came here for a celebration of birthday. The Santa Fe skillet was very tasty but could use a toast on the side. Service was just OK as we received.

This 24 hour Denny's did not disappoint! The service was great and accommodating.The place is a bit small, but works well for its location.Breakfast was delicious and got our food at a good time after placing an order, given that the place was not too busy.If I need a good breakfast to start my day I would, for sure, stop by again.

Denny’s is Denny’s! It’s just s simple family restaurant with standard meals! After the fireworks ended on Jan 1st, the only place that was pretty much open- was Denny’s! And EVERYBODY rushed to it! The waiting list was handled amazingly well by the girls at the door! Fantastic service, even after we were seated! The staff was handling everybody really well, especially on that night! The food was nice, not the luxury restaurant with oysters and calamari, but definitely will satisfy the late-night hunger in a diner atmosphere!

Typical Denny's location. Food is okay. I guess the menu is varied but pretty standard for this type of chain restaurant. Service is pretty standard. Some servers are pleasant and good but many are simply poor and seem to be only interested in chatting with other servers by the prep counter. Last time I was there everything was fine but the time before I had the annoying Manager/Owner came is see me twice during my meal to see how I'm doing. Didn't introduce himself and didn't see that server had checked in already. He should watch what he staff is doing and not customers. When ask for refill of coffee on Manager's second visit he never brought it or told server. Ended up having to ask server on her next visit anyway.

Denny's at University avenue and Dundas lured me in as I had good memories of the outlet from Calgary. The ambience, the servers and all the other staff were vibrant and quick but the food wasn't upto the expectations. For $20 I got the lunch sandwich. The breads were overcooked. Lettuce didn't seem as crunchy and fresh and the turkey in the sandwich was not smelling right.

My s/o and I went into this Denny's for dinner and we were not dissapointed. Speedy service, fresh hot food and excellent customer service makes this a nop notch location. My chicken Tenders along side the home fries and broccoli were cooked perfectly and my s/o had no complaints with her egg skillet. Highly recommended. Will return in the near future.

Oww.. I just loved the Nachos.. The meat sauce was spicy and gives a rich taste to the nacho.. The best nacho I have ever had!! 😍 Loved the skillet dishes.. They were spicy, tangy, creamy and flavorful. Although, one con I would say is about the portion. When we had the skillet in Alberta, portion was too big. Here, I would say the portion was half the size when compared to Alberta and other locations. A good place to hangout!! 😊

My favorite breakfast place since childhood. I've been a huge fan forever. Love Denny’s! There is never a long wait, food is simple and consistent, service quick and friendly. Prices are reasonable. Very comfortable atmosphere.

This place is perfect for evryone.. The food is divine and yummy. The staff is so welcoming here. would highly recommend this place nd 5 stars
